These images were taken in Zion, Arches, and Canyonlands National Parks over the course of a week and a half last fall. It was my first visit to Arches and Canyonlands - two uniquely interesting natural wonders with grand and intimate beauty alike. Like Zion and most of Utah (and really, most of the natural world), these parks are abundant for the curious observer, gifting patience and curiosity with meaning. The experiences represented and distilled here meant and still mean something important to me. I hope these images mean something to you too.
